Professional work environment missing, HR Policy are not favourable to Employee, Lot of Politics among BUs, No Growth Prospectus for challenging work & Improvement in profile, No Authority but lot of responsibility, People left the jobs frequently due to uncertainty and dirty work culture.

Worst company i have seen ever in my career, worst culture, ridicules employees. nobody have sense to talk & they are bearing good positions.....

Not much pressurized work for at least to jr. and sr. persons. good company for the initial stage of the career. Company provides Transport and canteen free of cost.

Dislikes

Absolutely no job security. No career growth as expected, culture leads you to be laziest person. No trainings, No recognition and appreciation by the management. No yearly increment. Lack of system & management and employee structure is very bad (Business head concept).
