Time pe salary aa jati hai .

Banking kam aur insurance company jyada hai. 25 working day me kam se kam 15 din insurance ke login day hai. Itna pressure dete hai, bina overtime kiye kam khatam hi ni hoga. Management ke log chutti le din bhi kam karne ko bolte hai. Ajkal chotibchoti bat pe chargesheet aur suspension ho rahe hai bank me. Chhutti mango to khun ke asu rula dete hai par chhutti ni dete chahe 1 mahine pehle se hi apply kiye na ho. Kuch log ro aur ho jugad wale 10 sal se wahi ke wahi hai , kahi transfer ni hota lekin jinka koi jugad ni hai unka transfer kabhi bhi ho sakta hai. Clerk ka tenure 5 yrs aur officer ka tenure 3 years hai, but yaha kuch follow ni karte, officer ka 1 sal me bhi transfer ho jata hai aur clerk ka 2-2.5 sal me.
