I hate the working hours which is 12 hrs and their rules regulations. They dont give you career assistent and cut off your salary on small things when u do.

As I work in the challenging field, teamwork is utmost priority in our work. So teamwork is great. Also the training facility & trainers are very intelligent & communicative. Job security is best.career growth is good. Salary & appraisal are good. Learning a lot. As it's the Best Airport in the World so we work hard to keep Work environment friendly. Work life balance is great.

...job security is no longer, still it's ok until and unless u will do any mistake. Salary scale is satisfactory with great appraisal as per our performance.for freshers it is a good platform where they can start their career and later on they can achieve their goals they may be get a good opportunity on the basis of this experience.Mumbai airport is really heaven.

As I am working in security dept, is a average place.But rest all dept status is very nice

Working pattern ehich is now changed to 1 week off. Salary hike below average. Politics on higj peaks, no career growth.

The novelty of working inside an airport never wears off. The legal team is not very large and aviation work is always varied and interesting, so there’s very little scope for getting bored.

Dislikes

The HR policies of the company are dictated by the Adani group (which runs Mumbai airport), which is headquartered at Ahmedabad. Considering that this is an Indian promoter driven group, the policies are not very employee friendly and there is a constant disconnect between the management at Ahmedabad and Mumbai. There is no remote working, the company works 6 days a week as opposed to many other companies which work 5 days, and the appraisals and increments are disappointing.
