No opertunity to be a permanent employe for contractual staff even work 10 years+ without complain, No promotion, No job security, salary increments will remain same even you perform high but after year end increments will come same as other contractual employee.

Directors wanted me to give the results without talking any decision from me. If m running the place so please give me authorities to take the decision. Overall,,,, they're 4 partners all togather n everyone keep there own different thought process.
Chevron treat employee with respect and equal. Give employee a skillset experience and how to manage it.

Some time there is a different between core team and a support during evaluation. you need to work harder than your colleagues if you are work on a support team.
Chevron is an equal opportunity employer. They have a strong People Quality Skills. They recognize that People are a very vital Part of the company growth and Shareholders return is good.
I actually dislike the appraisal system called the Performance Management Process (PMP) It basically focuses on the "Peer Ranking" Advantage which is obviously based on how you can network socially with your Supervisor. The most fractured part of it is term "turn by turn" which means if you were promoted this year, you are not likely to be promoted the next year based on the yearly budget for the unit. Overall it is a good place to work.
