Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Salary & other financial benefits are on time.

Dislikes

Terrible Management. You can be sacked from job at any moment. Honesty has no value in this company. Mr. Churoria & S. Mukherjee secretly run the business in partnership by appointing contractors of their choice. Then the contractors get a lot of financial benefits from them. If the site engineers make any complaint against those contractors about the quality of work then those engineers lose their jobs.

I have worked here for 5 years. There is nothing to like here. There is dirty politics here. Authority is not good at all. Does not give any respect. Treats people very badly.

Dislikes

Management, Staff are not good. Electrical department staff are worst ever.
