...ational holidays and want you to work and even they did not pay you for that. 6. They do not release your salary if you resign the company. 7. They kick you out after february month when the sale is down. 8. High level politics there, you cannot even express your points to the bosses. They manipulate you and put the blames on you only. 9. They want you to work from home even in late hours and there is no Overtime they will pay. 10. At the time of incentives plan, they will deduct your incentives in all possible ways. 11. Over all BIG NO to this cheap company. 12. Worst customer support service they give, they only know how to cheat their customers. 13. They office is such a dirty and dusty that you cannot even sit there. 14. Even the furniture are broken and employees fight for a chair, which is so cheap. 15. They want you to come on time but there is no value if you sit for extra hours in the office. 16. On occasions or festivals they ask you to come to office and offer you Rs.200 for lunch and that too if you ask, otherwise they did not bother. 17. Only sales is what matter to them.No matter how much sale they got but they never appreciate you. 18. At the time of appraisal they give you 10% without discussing your performance throughout the year and how much hard work you did. So In all terms BIG NO......

Here is so much to learn, excellent work environment, all the colleagues and managers are so helpful, you will get salary on time. If you have any doubt/confusion, you can just discuss it with your managers, who will listen to you calmly & give you the right path/approach.
