It is really hectic to discriminate which aspect deteriorated the most. Threat of termination/ warning letters/ salary deductions, is the key and is used on every alternative days. Nothing is consistent here, from product layout to job responsibilites. So called HODs are kept on busy on findings tricks for stage mackup in front of CEO, and if any issue arises juniors will be accused & blamed. No set time boundaries for employees, work -life balance is ruined. When you start thinking to switch, another twist appears of ''fake bond- can join upto 3 years to companies lie on same port folio, 6months of notice period have to serve'' and salary will be kept on uncertainty.

When I started working for this company, I was a new employee at cherise. when i completed a task flawlessly, I received praise from management. They will treat everyone equally. That's what made them special from the rest

Poor communication,Lack of transparency and unclear expectations. Employees are blamed for failures rather than being supported to learn and grow from mistakes.Leaders/HOD(So called)are busy on back biting their subordinates/Team members to demonstrate their own competence and they are only focused on pleasing the CEO by constantly saying"Yes Sir".Frequent resignation and dismissal of employees are evident.Salary hold is a common trend and even for no reason also as it's completely driven by CEO mood and inputs from HOD.. Employees achievements and contributions are ignored or under valued.Presence of bias, discrimination and harassments are also embedded in the system.

Nice organisation to for, facilities provided to employees were good, and employees enjoyed the company environment which helps you to work more willingly rather than just working like robots.
