... that's not a company rule but company situation making employees to work extra.base scale of salary is too low.due to high expense in life our company salary is not enough to run day to day life then how can we think about savings kindly consider this points and also due to work time 9 to 6 we are reaching our house nearly 8 clock it's not enough for family life so kindly change 9 to 5 thank you

Do not expect the respect the position as you have. They are not bother about Individual employee growth. They are not ready to give a certificate for get license certified person from TNEB.

...ronment & culture Team mates are supportive & the management is not transparent. Company policies are good, salary increment policy is not good. I am join this company 2016, experience 7 years salary fixed 12000/- . Now 6 years experience in Chennai Radha Engineering Works but till now salary 18000/- 13 years experience. Management lebel increment good but down line is not good. Promotion nothing increment nothing, 2016 joing Designation Asst Engineer, now 2022 Designation Asst Engineer.

There is a lot of politics & Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good & career growth is slow. Here is a bond of 6 years.

The company is a service provider in power sector, doing operation and maintenance in various kind of power plant in India, we have more than 30 sites where we are providing our service. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable and high-quality service in both Pvt. And govt. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy her

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is sometimes high. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. There is no appreciation given by HOS, though you are giving your best. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. Moreover the most depressing thing is that, in our new circular there is only 12 days yearly leave is proded to us (joining after mid on 2017) even we need to earn that leave in each month 1leave.
