I worked as an HR in this company for around 2 years. On the positive side, its a huge conglomerate working across the country in major power-plants and harbors. We could gain good technical exposure to operations of highly reputed industries which otherwise inaccessible.

Dislikes

...ues and ethics, no streamlined corporates policies and process across verticals. Not to mention, their compensation/ salary appraisal is the worst. If someone values self-dignity, this place won't suit them.

... that's not a company rule but company situation making employees to work extra.base scale of salary is too low.due to high expense in life our company salary is not enough to run day to day life then how can we think about savings kindly consider this points and also due to work time 9 to 6 we are reaching our house nearly 8 clock it's not enough for family life so kindly change 9 to 5 thank you

Do not expect the respect the position as you have. They are not bother about Individual employee growth. They are not ready to give a certificate for get license certified person from TNEB.

I have worked on before 11 years,but work satisfaction very good & working experience excellent in CHP.

If any new person (without experience / 1-3 years experience)came in our company his salary above from old working person . So sad for old person with mental harassment...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
