In starting material was good but with time company degrades the material quality to earn more profits and making fool to the customers.

Dislikes

Company management is full of politics They have hires their own relative with no experience and zero education background and they are main doing politics inside company and harassing good employees.MD also used to support to do politics. No proper incentive,no appraisal,no appreciation, Mgmt like the persons who live on buttering them.No market knowledge,taking undue advantage of poor employees,mgmt full of ego and arrogance, female in factory also not feeling safe for their factory employees, Mgmt is not friendly and pushing emoloyee to take the risk without earn. Management is opportunistic...for name sake its pvt limited ..actually it's purely proprietorship and like a shop ...no training ...full demotivation...even they remove HR very frequently without reason...MD doesn't know how to handle good employee and run the show for good business.
