Permanent job, full security, salary on time.

Dislikes

Worst tea, need to pay. Worst food, need to pay. Medical insurance will cover only employee, but not family and that too minimum value to show up. DVI (retention amount is too high and they will pay after 2 years and not mention in CTC) SAP also exist. Above both if you resign they wont give. Commutation bus need to pay.

Lot of deduction in salary.30% CTC is SAP and it will get after 1 year. 1 year SAP amount always will be lost at any time of your job until you retire in the company.
