Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Poor management n admin, No Job security, no increments. No job objectives. Most of the managers do not appreciate good work. Full of politics. I would not recommend any one

Excellent infrastructure, very good work life balance, extremely good perks as in food and transportation

Dislikes

Currently company is in financial turmoil and likely to sack people because of the pressure from parent company. The people who built Chemizol is not with or associated now and one more appointed executive director also has resigned. None knows the future of the company. Currently management is happy to see people leaving the company on their own. Slightly delayed salaries but currently not sure when will the company close down. But I hope it picks up by God's grace.
