Good for entry level. Also , when you resign they don't take meetings or reason , they just accept it .

Dislikes

Less increment, not fairly pay based on work, office politics, no flexibility of work, if you're 15 minute late it counted as late mark and they will expect you to work late hours and that extra hours will not reflect in overtime. They don't care if you're happy with the work or not , they just need us to complete that. No proper management.

...tem for all candidates to which you cannot leave the organization within a year. And if you leave you will have to pay 3 months gross salary. As the market is open now, you will definitely find much better place to work than this organization. Keep this as your last option. All Departments are not much developed as most of them do only drafting kind of work due to which you will not grow technically in engineering field. Appraisal system are horrible as i heard from the seniors working there. Managers are good by nature. But again they cant help you as the management is very poor in terms of all the aspect.

Great place for freshers to start their careers in the BIM domain for every engineering profile.

Less pay scale as per industry standard. Poor recruitment policies. No employee recognition. The pressure of mandatory 8hrs. of productive work for the day. Poor resource management. No compensation for additional work/responsibilities. Management with no technical knowledge. Delay in appraisal with no standard process. No clear vision of the company for the future.

Management Work Culture Work Satisfaction you will get stuck if you are a beginner and will not be able to switch jobs once you start with this company as a fresher because the work this company do is different then other companies and you will not be able to switch easily once you start here as an estimation engineer fresher.
