Salary on time. Will get good amount as diwali bonus. Independently you can work. Work life balance also good.

As per it's a service provider company you will work as a contractor employee to other company site. Good for starting career but after 2-3 yrs not that much good for aspirants.

You can learn new things as you travel more and encounter many people as colleagues and as client. You can learn many thing from them and on field.

Nothing but the thing is you have to lead yourself and no one else whether it's right or wrong.
