...ery school. Here is the list of permission that one has to take while at work. (1) You need to take permission to order tea(You have to pay for it) (2) You cannot Greet, speak and interact with other departments without permission. (3) You have to take permission to use Google (4) You need permission to open drawers/Lockers - Normally staff keeps their mobile phones, Bags, tiffin, and other belongings in Drawers/Lockers. (5) You need permission to go in your own break. (6) You need permission to use office stationery like Cello-tap, scissor. There are many other things but I am just trying to give you a rough idea of the work culture. Further details coming soon....................

Chemilines is one of the places to learn and grow. Company has innovative technologies and sufficient resources to make their employees lives easy. Good work environment and culture as well with 5 days working. Supportive and balanced team environment with encouraging managers and directors as well. The company has everything for those who really want to grow. Company culture is also nice, celebrating each festival with joy and delight. Leave policies are flexible, with no harsh and hard rules. Benefits like 12 official days off on Christmas every year and 4 official days off on Easter every year, excluding paid leaves.

Dislikes

It's hard to find any demerit if you are a good fit for the company and its culture. If you don't have the professional maturity to know when to work and when to enjoy you will always find company’s culture worst.

Those who want growth and success Chemilines is a best place to grasp this skills. I have been working here for last 1.8 years. Chemilines has taught me new things each and every day till date. The company places the utmost trust in their employees and encourage them to share their ideas on how to improve processes, culture and the environment. The culture of the company is amazing, with flexible and adaptable rules. The company has advanced technological resources to make employees lives easy.

I have been working at this company for past 4 months and this my second job so far it has been really great experience. From day one management is very supportive, positive environment, great and encouraging team. I would definitely recommend if you looking to switch job

I think that you can expect some sort of standards when you go to work in corporate world. Unfortunately, the standard at this company was very poor. The Management which more of one person centric was a hypocritical mess and misuses the position all the time. All the executive has to work on Saturdays while Manager doesn’t come on any Saturday. At the time of exit when staffs ask for Releasing Letter or Experienced Letter, they ask to share New Employer’s Name. I have never seen such organisation before. Some enthusiastic reviews claims that they offer facilities like gym, work from home, free food, Health insurance, etc. is not true. Also, I have come across many companies who had 400 employees still managed to give increments in order not to loose its employees and here its approx. 16 that also they could not fulfil and talks about standards. And the most important point is directors are least bothered to even ask why employee who stick upto 3 years and above are leaving the organisation? As per my past profession experiences, directors were really concerned with my decision of leaving them. But here, one person was and is playing ugly games that if the employees is for 3 years or 10 years, their work is never appreciated and instead they named it as BAD BEHAVIOUR. I think owners must see and intervene in what happens in this office as nobody from staff will come upfront to share their disaffection due to fear of losing their jobs and people are leaving as they get new opportunity. Owner left this office to be settled by the people who couldn’t settled up in their own life. There are so many things I want to write down here but keeping in mind Ambitionbox Community Guidelines I refrain to do so.
