The company is amazing to work at. It's been just 2 months for me working here but I personally feel the work culture and the management is great. The operational manager is really supportive and will help you in every aspect at work. They even conduct fun games every once a week that helps us get refreshed. The coworkers are amazing and supportive too.

I have been working at this company for past 7 Months and so far the experience has been really good. Management is really supportive and helpful. It is a good company for freshers as well as experienced employees. Work culture is good and colleagues are also supportive. They organise fun activities and games, so that employees dont feel stressed. Would recommend if you are looking to switch jobs.

Chemilines has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. The management team easily helps everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me along the way. Chemilines does fun and interesting activities to keep theemployees engaged. The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. I profoundly like the workplace. There aren't any cons that I can think of. I love the energy and the people at Chemilines. There is one suggestion I would like to provide that if the team gets more and frequent learning/training sessions, that would really benefit the overall performance of all the team members. Everything else is great!

One of the finest companies i have worked for till date. I am glad to be part of a company that beleives in excellent customer support facility. This being a UK based company, the office in Ahmedabad supports the back end support of the business. Employees from various cultural backgrounds allows us to celebrate many occasions and festivals together.

They got an amazing skill of removing the reviews from AmbitionBox. Let me clarify that I am writing my review once again as my earlier review got deleted. I am not the only one whose review got removed from Ambition Box. The lady who sits as operation manager runs a company like a nursery school. Here is the list of permission that one has to take while at work. (1) You need to take permission to order tea(You have to pay for it) (2) You cannot Greet, speak and interact with other departments without permission. (3) You have to take permission to use Google (4) You need permission to open drawers/Lockers - Normally staff keeps their mobile phones, Bags, tiffin, and other belongings in Drawers/Lockers. (5) You need permission to go in your own break. (6) You need permission to use office stationery like Cello-tap, scissor. I would say the management never listen to employees. Floor manager and HR are just for rampwalk and nothing to do with the taking care of employees. Just rule like the Hitler. The top management is just interested in making money. My team mate (teamleader) is pathetic. He wants to rule in the department and therefore he is crushingthe downline.
