...ave been seeing The Company have much more Engineers not in work Only politics. Also all facilities , benefits, Salary , Vacation available for Engineers. And Technician not any facilities , not Good Salary and working pressure much more..... Unless The company need Good Technician for work. And should be need good Facilities, benefits for all workers. I have been seeing and find there if The Company a Engineer instead bring two Technician The Company growth go towards increasing production. Because We know, Production is always depending on Maintenance support. Anyway The Company chairman ,and others Management system better thought then me. Thanks and regards Sanjay Kumar Sharma

In this company once you join you realize that you are among wolves. More politics and no work appreciation. Old staff sitting there don't want u to continue even if u give 100% efforts. Anytime they give you ticket back home with no logical reason.0 Job security there at Chemaf SA. If you are a professional check twice before you join this type of unprofessional company.

I had been working since2014 to 2018 coming vacation for India company hold here. Re Entery Visa issue in Feb this year. But now Again Withdraw Job offer from me. I'm requesting and ask about this company rules . This is playing Games with employee then why ? Pls try to explain me. I'm waiting for your information and good suggestion. Plenty of scope for learning & earning. For honest & capable employee sky is the limit in this company.

Lots of experts, consultants and executives misguides Boss (Owner) and as a result company could not ensure desired growth.
