Job is quite good I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session, I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, Salary is decent but career growth is very slow and favour to special caste and community

Work Life balance is only good.

For off role candidate, it's bad. No respect, no good salary, no hike, no job security. Only 3month contract which renews on every 3 months. It's sister concern company of Samsung Group.

...s 4 yrs 6 months. Got a very good idea how to deal with dealers & distributors . Salary date was fixed on 30th or 31st of every month. I used to take care of entire East zone from Kolkata.

Job security , appraisal and growth opportunitiy is terrible. Company dont even gave my last year performance bonus although i was the best performer in PAN India. Instead of that i have been told to put my papers down because they dont have any requirment in East

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow. There's no genuineness in performance evaluation process and favoritisms get more preferred over talents. The management doesn't listen employees' issues.

...e cefeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lots of policies and the management addresse employees issues, salary is decent or career growth is high. Job training is provided by the management to the every new joiness.
