Bad work culture, only focuses on the client do not think about their employee, Client will eat you. In wfh, there is no timing. They will make you work till 11 pm if they want. Also, the client was very rude. Don't know how to talk like a sensible person.

...re, There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling, company policies are very good give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, Salary is decent but career growth is very slow and favour to special caste and community.

Usually fixed working hours except June to November due to festive season targets. Salary on time. 15 days Sick Leaves and 30 days of Paid Leaves in a Year. Complementary lunch.

Sufficeint car parking not available. Too much process oriented. Compliance team is monitoring all the activities.

1. Bonus part of your CTC. And you will get peanuts for atleast couple of years. Suppose your variable is 1lakh. You will get around 35k only. 2. All benefits removed after Covid gradually.

...re where gossips catch like fire & HR does nothing to promote a healthy culture. My package duped in the name of bonus but one never even gets 100% of it despite working 10-12 hrs a day!!
