I working with good brands with ideas, concept, and designs as well. Sometimes, I love the fact that I am a part of this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work for 14-20 hours in a day as I have to attend client meetings or calls in the night. I do receive appreciation emails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

...working here is honor as being Samsung Group have vast benefit for all employee. Working here one can have life balance so easy & yes in compensation and benefit company is one of the best. Working here with different teams is joyful and learning good things. Job security is also good.

Dislikes

Growth is slow, work pressure is high sometimes extreme during festive season approaches, many times work is demand at last moment of market demand and less planned. New Empolyee training is skipped many times due to work pressure.

There is nothing to learn, and they deduct bonus from salary but in return nothing give. Variable is very very very bad

Nothing to learn as well as salary structure is very bad and giving less salary.

...re where gossips catch like fire & HR does nothing to promote a healthy culture. My package duped in the name of bonus but one never even gets 100% of it despite working 10-12 hrs a day!!

Management will only think about their own people, they will never appreciate your efforts or give you bonus on the basis of your performance. - Health compromising environment - Unnecessary pressure and deadlines - Worst HR Policy - No Paternity leave available
