Career growth is very slow. There's no genuineness in performance evaluation process and favoritisms get more preferred over talents. The management doesn't listen employees' issues.

...e cefeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lots of policies and the management addresse employees issues, salary is decent or career growth is high. Job training is provided by the management to the every new joiness.

There top management specially Legal & compliance head and HR head are very egoistic, they can fire to any one to keep their ego on top. No one is listing to their employees if anyone raising any concern.

Salary and reimbursement on time, food and nice infrastructure.

Dislikes

Bad work culture, only focuses on the client do not think about their employee, Client will eat you. In wfh, there is no timing. They will make you work till 11 pm if they want. Also, the client was very rude. Don't know how to talk like a sensible person.
