...environment like a cage ,timing is too long ,if you want to leave the company ..take ur salary and then leave ,otherwise u salary will be hold forever .u won't get single penny from them .No holiday benefit ,No PF benefit .only deduction ..nthng else .

Decent salary but no Carrer growth. Job is not secure. Approx 10 people joined and terminated in just 6 months. No job security, you will threatened by boss himself Continuesly. He will put Countinous put pressure to get result but spoil everything himself. As fabric manager very hard to work as his reputation is very bad among market.

Factory building look is good only otherwise everything is negative is this company.

...i bonus they gave 2 laddu only. Management behaviour is unexplainable negative. Because of these they pay higher salary for new employee even that 95% left job in few months. Many employees file case in labour court also. Last but least you have to work more than 12 hrs daily.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing is good in this company. Never join. Do read my below dislikes and alert to someone who is looking for an honest review on this company. Better to sit at home but not join this company.

...R also takes signature on unfilled Cash Payment Voucher. Owner abuses employees. Salary can go on hold anytime. Timings 9.30 am to 7.30 pm (10 Hrs). Also most of the Sunday's are working. No work life balance. Stressful working environment. They do not appreciate talent. They are working in primitive way. Never join this company.
