Lot of internal politics, Internal meetings are more important than customer facing meetings and that's why they have started losing customers. Biased management, senior leaders are like "my way or highway", limited support from senior leadership, No proper defined processes.

Good company culture. Everyone is so friendly and chill. Work life balance is also decent. Work satisfaction depends on the department/team you are in. Good place to start in your career and also good place to come to if you have too much experience and now want some peaceful and chill working culture.

Dislikes

Although there are coffee machines and cookie jars, there isn't any lunch service. The working place is nice but a bit small. Okay-ish salaries and not too great.
