The company charges guards INR 1,000 as a registration fee, and an additional INR 6,000 is deducted for uniforms—despite the fact that the client is billed INR 200 per month (amounting to INR 2,400 annually) for uniform expenses. These deductions add a heavy financial burden to ground-level employees, raising ethical concerns about fair treatment and compliance. Additionally, guards are often treated disrespectfully, which further affects morale. 5. Lack of Organizational Stability: Checkmate Services seems to be struggling financially, with a questionable focus on gaining clients at the expense of healthy margins and fair practices. This has led to an environment of disorganization, affecting every level of the company. Overall, the work culture at Checkmate Services is highly discouraging.
