I feel good working with my company , bcz there are lots of branches, so many people are working here. As far as I know about my company there are very strict rule. Therefore some people are not survive here.

🙏🙏When Festival is nearest than will be salary hold by company,bcz no anyone gone to home. This is big problem for us, bcz my family members are waiting for money, wt I say with my family, I have no answer. But this time is changed rule. I m thankful to my company . I hope this rule will be constant. 🙏🙏

I am working sence 14 August 2008, everything is fine, salary is received on time, any official work is done quickly.total 60 employee work under me no one has any problem.

...ersonally also, ●Company policies are very strict their was agreement. ●Fixed Salary bit less salary.

●No ESI PF deduction, ●Off roles work so no Salary slip available ●Document pledge and Agreement ●90Days Notice Period ●Less Holidays (2, 3 or 4 days only) No Govt Holiday or Festival Holidays and No holiday on Sunday ●U should attend customer with your own skills and own risk in some situation ●Much Pressure on Every Month end to complete Targets. (it was so terrible) ●No Bonus in it ●No Hike of salary for every years ●Their rules are very irritating ●Less trust on their executives ●If we demand anything means we gone to be target ●want to wait like a dogs infront of customer places until they make payment, ●want to talk fight with customers to ask payment of the month. (Sometimes manhandled also happen) ●25% Less Salary compared to other agencies ●Less benefits

The Company accepted any type of Challenging and accept any type of crucial problems. To handle any Clint's requirements as well as problems. All staff are well and happy working with this Organisation etc. Pay and allowances benefit are well. I am proud of our Organization. Thanks

Its good company and you will be well learnt but if you don't have the work knowledge you will be suffer till you learn. All the manager and staffs are friendly.

Salary will be credit lately, and recently the work pressure increased due to increasing of employee strength From Head office simply pressure us to complete the work within TAT
