Teammate was cooperative and good .over all experience was good as they trust on their staff instead of students that's great about chate.

Salary was not given on time. As per working hours salary given by chate wasn't satisfactory. Managers are extra ordinary as they shouldn't b.

Only I liked the students were from good family,,,, parents are spending their hardcore earned money for their children's best education,,,,,, students are very eager and to learn sincerely,

Chatw had a name,,,,, but the hadapsar branch where I worked,,,, manager treats teachers as labours and salary is less than labours,,,,,, they give false assurance of increasing salary and don't have humanity at all,,,,, just doing business on the name of education,,,, no academic planning,,,, whatever they R taking from parents even not returning 50 percent of that,

Very good work environment,proper management,lots of learning and monthly counseling with parents and motivated students and guide them.good collaboration between colleagues.

Dislikes

Their is no on-job training for freshers.
