1. Official weekend availability (occassionally you may be required to do small tasks remotely on a Saturday). 2. Cafeteria with unlimited coffee. 3. No strict break time. It's said to be one hour and you can break it up at different intervals. 4. Atmosphere is friendly with most employees being young, smart and well educated.

Dislikes

...ployee outside their working hours and venting out their frustration on them. 3. They increase the workload as when they please without any additional compensation. (Once, one of the teams was required to work on Durga Puja and the employees received no additional compensation, when officially they had 4 off days.) 4. Work-life balance is low. 5. Vehicle parking space is very limited. Employees are only allowed a two-wheeler parking, four wheeler parking is only reserved for management and their relatives.

No support to the staff from the co ,ontop of it they are terminating people without giving them notice period which is very wrong

Chaselifestyle in simple words baadi baadi baataey WADA paw khatey 😜😜😜😜They mention that they have designer from Hayward etc ,which is a big lie the owner is drop out from Hayward and designer's are fresher from NIFT so whole co is a big confusion .
