The company is more focused now in terms of providing best-in-class support to its customers. There are different approaches held and it is working in favour of the plan B.

Despite of all the changes for good is being implemented, the company still lacks in coordinated work. Someone always have the fear of somebody else will take their role. Work life balance is hectic.

The only thing I liked about Chargepoint was, How the leadership give fake representation of their growth and shows that they are employee centric. But in the end you realize its all fake.

Dislikes

I had a disappointing experience with Chargepoint, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts in a review. Overall, I found that the organisations fundamentals were not correct, and it lacked any guiding principles to derive its operations. It was also evident that the leadership was unstable and untrustworthy with ego issues that impacted their decision making abilities, resulting employees at executive level to suffer. Despite presenting a good picture from the exterior, it was clear that the organisation was and empty and hollow shell that failed to live up to its promises. I encountered several instances where they made fake promises and failed to deliver on their commitments. Moreover their, hire and fire policy seemed arbitrary and lacked transparency, leading talented employees being laid off, while ball lickers and yes man were welcomed. In my opinion , chargepoint has a lot of work to do and improve its operations, starting with a through review of its fundamentals and leadership structure. There needs to be greater focus on transparency, accountability and its principled decision-making to ensure that the employees and stakeholders can trust the organisation. A more fair and equitable hiring and firing policy is also essential to retain talent and prevent further talent drain. Overall I would not recommend chargepoint until they address their fundamental issues.
