There was nothing to like doing because not getting apportunity.

Dislikes

Salary is never on time mostly delay by 1 month. After completing shift need to work from home as well like to do report follow-up etc. Being manager need to work like a team member making products etc. There was no leave and also paid leave only 4 weekly off a month that's all or else salary will be deducted. No PF. No Mediclaim. No HR for raise any issue. Terminate the employee or their wills.

No professionalism. You can work the way you want provided targets are achieved. Being a hospitality chain the employees don't even know how to chop coriander. Lazy dullards are filled in this company. A great comfort zone work-place

Dislikes

These people are funded by rich investors, hence they don't and cannot generate profits. It is merely a surviving company which doesnt pay on time (salary is on 25 th of next month !!. They don't have integral policy on salary deduction. Some are deducted with Rs 200, others with Rs 2500. Like others Charcoal eats is also playing during Corona Era. Irony is operations manager does not know about employees' work nature.

Too much micro management, no respect for personal life,no job security whatsoever, can be fired anyday without any update, superior don't take your side even when you are not at fault, everyone is looking to save their job, overall not a good place to work

TOO MUCH UNITY IS THERE IN THE STAFFS N OUTLET MANAGERS ( THEY FORCE TO JOIN NEW TRANNING PEOPLE ALSO IN THERE CRIME )

PATHETIC MANAGEMENT N CARELESS AREA MANAGER IS TALKING CARE OF SO CALLED "OUTLETS"... AREA MANAGER WHO ALWAYS PUT HIS FAILURE N FRUSTRATION ON HIS TEAM...
