On time salary, good annual meeting at Puri, having excellent efficacious products. In my 15 year of pharmaceutical sales I found a company where you get confirmation and increment by saying "boss you are great" 😂🤪 performance is matter here.😂. This organisation is 70 year old , with turnover only 150 cr. It will be a great organization for part-time job. You need a super luck to be a part of charak pharma. If you are 37 years old you are a junior here cause you're co worker is more then 60. 😂😂Ho! Such a employee friendly organization.

This organisation owned by a dimond marchent who actually don't have any questions about how sales will grow in market, secondly Franko India management took over the drive. GM marketing is everything here. Playing role of HR, PMT😋🤪, MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER, AND POLITICIANS. EXCEPT HIM EVERYONE IS SPINELESS. in my my 2years of working in charak as asm I surprised that no doctors know the management people by name. No one . 🤪🤪 Not even a RMP. Overall a oiling is everything here.

Worst and third class management and work culture. Your manager, "cherishma" will keep you hold and force you to sit in the office till 9pm without any reason. No work will be done just a tp, just for her company even knowing employee lives too far. If you will not listen to her and her orders she will throw you out of the organisation like a mafia gunda. She thinks she is the owner and office is her own adda and made by her forefathers. Big politics going on all the time rather than actual work. She will dominate all other brand managers and other people too. She doesn't have knowledge of what actual digital marketing is. There's no job security at all, you will be fired without any reason on the spot without prior notice. They still are using outdated software and much of manual work. Director is too rude, he will call you and scold you like you are his servant badly. Either you will leave the job next day or start finding other jobs. If you really wanna spoil your career you can take a risk and join, even if you don't have job and jobless you can still give some time to yourself and join other firm than this useless organisation. Don't play with your career, it will be destroyed mark my words.

You will get salary in time. Secondly Management will wake up from 25th every month for sales.😅🙌🙌

You have to achieve Target by any means. It doesn't matter what efforts you have given in market. Management is very poor. 70 yrs old company without any vision. Thay are running like retail medical shop. No stretagy, No marketing activities, nothing.

...ion basis. MR is not under direct Charak Pharma. They are under ayurveda Agency. No salary slip available, so loan is not possible

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary

I have no problems with Charak Pharma but there is One Year Agreement Base and Third-party pay role work exist
