They seems to be giving under pay to people who deserve and always calculate based on the previous salary. For example, a Senior Developer who works hard and deserves X amount, while their current salary is Y. So, they will only get Y+10-50% which is almost half of X sometimes,

Thеy supportеd mе profеssionally and pеrsonally, fostеring my growth without spoon-fееding. Thеir еncouragеmеnt kеpt mе going, еvеn in tough timеs. Thеy shiеldеd mе from mistakеs, taking blamе and showing mе how to lеarn from thеm. Chaptеr 247 was a rock during a family tragеdy, offering unwavеring support. Thеy shapеd my indеpеndеncе and rеsiliеncе.

I got many opportunities to grow my career when I joined this company as a junior software developer, Now I'm leading a team of 14 member and good conceptual projects. Thanks for all the opportunities. All the department heads are supportive they understand your concerns and actively participate in all activities.

I joined Chapter247 Infotech in 2021, through college campus placement. Company provides 3 month's training but mentors here are so friendly and helpful that I got into a live project in just 1 month. I'm currently working on MERN stack and still learning new technologies. From the day I joined till date I've worked on 3 live projects with immense support from everyone and work-life balance is the top- priority here
