Working with Chapo is ok but management wise they cannot think how is working or not during the COVID situation they did not helped me overall company review week.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high sometimes, I used to work hours, I have to attend the client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Project managers do not value individuals they take back my suggestions most of the time. since senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes
