Growth is very very slow. For sales timing is not fixed. Time for Social life or personal life is not manageable. Job satisfaction is less.

My senior colleagues was too much helpful they cooperate and co-ordinate with me in every aspect of my work and their I had learned about the soft skills of sales and marketing from my sales manager and every senior officials used to motivate me and my other colleagues which help us to boost up our energy to reach our own target at the end of the day or month and the working environment was too good their I had learned about the basics of healthy competition in corporate automobile sector and also their I had learned how to judge a customer mind on the basis of product which I used to sell .

Dislikes

The Management was not good they don't tried to upgrade their basic technologies which I feel that is needed for in sales and marketing department.
