Ghosh and his deputy mangar harminder Singh very unprofessional nature. They don't want you to be a team, they just want you to be robots working and leaving with no care about each other. Ghosh and harminder can't think strategically or write strategically. Struggle to make decisions. They create unprofessional environment or unsecure job profile here for all job profile. 1. Saturdays are working most of the time and if you've joined recently, the leaves would be few.
