I'm working in branch Alcograin Distillers Private limited of Chandigarh Distillers Group. And here my work experience is good,I learned a lot of things and get a good experience. Managers are too supportive and always guide me in difficult situations.

As per my experience I didn't face any issue or can say problem. Just a minor thing that canteen is not present inside plant. Except this everything is fine.

Timming system is very good environment of the company is very good and everyone is supporting and coparative with each other.

Person sitting on hire position is not having good attitude towards there lower rank person.

CDBL is the best place to learn and Grow path towards career, skill development,work satisfaction and the main thing is job security. I am really appreciate and thanks to Management of CDBL for support and provide the opportunity to lead the challenges. I had learn the Role and Responsibility of Manager at floor level Practically during my work journey at CDBL. I always thankful to my seniors and specially the MD Sir of CDBL for their support and Guidance.

The pressure of work and challenges some time depressed to New comers. Because that things are directly related for the organisation about the Demand of Market to make stable in market related to quality and quantity. Also cost is very important factor for organisation to make stable in Market. Some time such environment can cause pressure on employees of Company. this can some time effect the environment inside the organisation. As per me this is not a dislike factor but organisation can effected by such type of things.

Environment of this group is very bad. Talking to each other not allowed. Using of Mobile Phone not allowed and there are no any sop & still using old technology. Very restricted Environment. Late time work sitting is normal here.

Seniors are very Not helpful ,Always trying to put you in danger zone they never want skilled employees working under them. Because they have insecurity for themselves.
