Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

The company is a LPG Cylinder Manufacturing Company therefore job security is very high, the employees are very coordinate with other, the management of the company is liable and policies of the company is adequate.

Likes

The Company is manufactured Domestic LPG Cylinders. Therefore heavy responsibility in every stage. The top level to down level staffs are work friendly atmosphere. But there is no future on Staff.
