"Salary deductions are made without any explanation. Sometimes they deduct 30%, and other times 90%. No one answers your questions about the deducted salary. If you ask the payroll team, they send you to the manager, Nick James, and Nick directs you back to the payroll team. They calculate your salary based on a 30-day month but deduct it based on the actual working days. Other issues include a smelly bathroom with no lighting, and the bathroom is only cleaned once a week. The system you work on is outdated; other companies have discarded it, but this company collects and asks you to work with it. If you plan to work at this company, be sure to carry mosquito repellent or apply mosquito cream, because there are so many mosquitoes that it's hard to work properly, and the company doesn't care about it. The worst part is that you get no support from your manager, Nick James or Raj Shaw, as he is always busy eating. Out of the 9-hour working day, he spends almost 3 hours eating. If you need to ask him something, you can't approach him. If you do, he'll start shouting at you, and only a few of his favorites are allowed to go near him. Additionally, there are employees who have been working at this company for the past five years, and they haven't received a salary raise in the past three years, nor do they receive any incentives."

I haven't feel anything which force me to like anything within the organisation.

...so if anyone have resigned, the owner started abusing and giving threat to them. They don't even give my salary of 2.5 months.

This is a fraud company. It shut down the branch at Bangalore suddenly and did not pay any compensation which they said will pay.

There are many opportunities to grow your skills as an associate or any designation and people of this company work like a family member and they all are treated good.

Nothing special to talk about this company if you want to join as local shop so you can do work like machine and salary would be same for everyone.

Everything wrost experiance with company and management doing fraud with govt and US citizens as taken license IT company in india and hired manforce with poor salary and taken work for US clients.
