Horrible don't waste your career by joining here. Full of politics especially HR Team korakkan he is a bull shit manager who try to make false information about a person whom he doesn't like and make them to move out of the organisation. And parcel manager both of them has spoiled many good employees career to safeguard themselves. And they also share fale information to top level.

I am very like to work in cacpl, good working atmosphere and good motivating general manager and good workers situation understanding HR dept in cacpl, there are good team work in this company and there no any difference from seniors and juniors they all are treat same and equal co-workers, nice and hygienic canteen and environment , I am so proud because of my recent big achievement of became part in chandrayaan-3 launched, its gives my work important and consciousness.

Can gain knowledge about aerospace standards and process for manufacturing components,can cover all special process like passivation anodization,heat treatment etc... Good company for beginners and learners.

Work load or target is very diffcult Work life balance is worst Rotational shift basis for design engineers which was surprised to the employees.Shift basis informations were not communicated by human resource. Shut down powercut will be compensated in Sunday. If your one minute late then it reflected absent for half day. Office timing 8am-430pm but u have to leave the office minimum at 540 pm by the dept hod rules. Only 2 permissions were allowed each carry 1hr only. They will expect hour wise output from the process engineers and whole ied department but the facilities of computer and softwares like auto cad solidworks sap and all dead slow and only very less computer's exist. Mobile phones are not allowed to any one except 20members in the office out of 350+ employees. Lunch dinner provided inside the office is not good which already affects the health of the workers. If u go out for the lunch h have to return back within 30 minutes if u not then the as usual rule will be applicable ( half day absent).
