...t. The time schedule is very bad compared to the other financial institutions. And the main reason is my first salary of September 2018 till the date I am not getting. They transfer the amount of salary to another person account. I request to Divisional manager and regional manager but they helpless. I submitted my bank statement from 1st September to 30 th Oct 2018 even they do not action.

Office politics. Higher managerial people is thinking that only down people need to work that too for less salary hikes and Appraisals higher people get more and less work for them..what a culture..No proper recognition for hardworking people.

People are Helpful, easily approachable from Execute to HOD, opportunities to grow, people have join as CRE and even can become HOD, good environment without skills

Dislikes

More work less pay, pay parity, orthodox culture, old mindset people, company is growing but employees are not mostly. No training, guidance and learning is provided. 80% attrition rate, internal politics. Manual work more. Lack wisdom in mangers.

...agement is transparent.thare is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy is very good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of policies and the management don'ts does not address your issues salary is decent but carrier growth is slow there is born to two years before which you you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners. I am already 7 years experion to branch manager
