Steep learning curve. Exposure to many different supply planning platforms. External certification cost will be reimbursed. Small company size, so contribution even if small will be visible to the leadership.

Dislikes

Pathetic salary. Won't compensate as per your years of experience, salary when joining is solely based on your previous salary and the role that you're joining. A smaller pool of supply chain consultants/individuals, so less peer-to-peer learning.

This company is the worst example of cronyism run by bunch of bigots who think of themselves as omniscient in supply chain, if you continue to feed their fragile egos then you can survive here else they will gang up and not even let you work here. Irony is that their management in US continues to turn blind eye and never bother to break the vicious culture of favouritism, regionalism. Recently, they have hired so many people from only one state in India since one of these omniscient bigot director belongs to this state

After separation from company, they are not approving my PF transfer request and despite repeated requests, they are not responding to my emails
