...g I like about CGM is work life balance , Supportive team and senior management.timely salary credit and when needed one can take their leave. Overall everything is good.

I like the overall work culture of the organization since my joining and the organization has consistently managed the same. No work pressure at all. The organization promote and support honesty in work. Internal promotions are done at large which is good for employees growth

The company pays over time if ask for the additional work basis on the business requirements however they should discourage this practice for better work life balance.

We can learn in this company for payment and as well good for fresher

There is no job security and we have only 3 months over here and the company increased the target of year basis so may be it’s not considered for new joiners.

What I don’t like about this Company they don’t allow to go outside without get-pass if you want go out side then you have to bring a gate-pass. And second thing is that transportation department don’t have etiquette that how to talk employees.
