Great company and people to work with. Good culture and working environment. In some cases salary is lower than market standard. Have to work on multiple project which increases your utilizations. If you are on higher bracket salary, then for a long run this is a good company.

Dislikes

This year the appraisal was 1% for all hard work done, which is way lower than market standard. This made few resources to leave organization.Sometimes it becomes difficult to manage work life balance.

Very Nice HR policies and work culture. Good work life balance. Nice trainings to sharpen professional skills. Various employees initiatives

Dislikes

Learning is limited after some time. Bonus component is less. Career growth depends on BU and project prospect.

The work environment was nice. Opportunity to work on latest technologies, good cross training made available. Best thing was the direct line of communication with Senior VPs and Management during AHMs

Resource planning after member attrition was not good. Also compensation competitive but not good.

...dvising. If you joined in the team they don't talk much with you regarding work. Salary hike is also very less.

1. Salary is low if compared to work you will be doing. 2. Teams are usually quite helpful but not very competitive. This sometimes breaks your growth graph.
