It used to get good projects and have decent expectations on future projects and growth, but post covid it's loosing its charm.

No or negligible bonus, no or very less (<5%) hike for most people no matter how you perform. Many layoffs no projects many on bench(between. Assignments)

Very Nice HR policies and work culture. Good work life balance. Nice trainings to sharpen professional skills. Various employees initiatives

Dislikes

Learning is limited after some time. Bonus component is less. Career growth depends on BU and project prospect.

...dvising. If you joined in the team they don't talk much with you regarding work. Salary hike is also very less.

1. Salary is low if compared to work you will be doing. 2. Teams are usually quite helpful but not very competitive. This sometimes breaks your growth graph.

Depends upon project and business unit. For me , here in DataCycle360 and Wealth360, work is excellent means, you will get more and more work if you are able to do quickly so, learning opportunity is excellent, technologies is also decent as per industry, but if i think independently and don't compare with other company then carriers growth (salary) in terms of appraisal is not good.

Appraisal, salary growth within CGI, Hybrid mode of working, WFO, In terms of quality and quantities work delivered - More work is there based on current 9LPA CTC of promoted SSE atleast for me, by comparing with external hired SSE which takes 19LPA. So, Switching to other company is good rather than getting Promoted within CGI.
