Carrer Growth - Avarage Work life balance - Not at all Innovation - if you want then you need to stretch your self for more than 12 hours. Because they will not allow you to spend your time during working hours.

Huge Politics, Salary will grow only when you are favorite of your manager. It doesn't matter you are doing good or not

...f that they expect you to work at the same compensation for the first two years. If you try to leave the firm before that, they would ask you to pay ₹ 100000 or otherwise they would withhold your salary and experience certificates.

No growth, job security is good, compensation is very less compared to industry standards

No growth, single digit hikes, mostly support projects, learning opportunities are less, old technologies which will not be helpful in present trends

Work culture is good, continuous learning opportunity. Good team and promising project growth. Some company policies are unnecessary but overall a good company to work

Salary hike is less. If you got bad project then your career growth is doomed.
