...ike gossiping like girls' even Boys mix and get like girlish talk involvement. JOB security is 0 % , career growth is below average incase you are manager favorite, salary is next to 0 level and politics is from 11am to 9pm. Only work from home option is good and enjoyed through out my career

...The account for which I worked for gave a a good scope to enhance my skill sets. With respect to the pay scale CGI is average but there are some policies which in long term engagement gives u a good return.

Limited accounts.. Less development works and very less scope to work on top niche technologies

Depends upon project and business unit. For me , here in DataCycle360 and Wealth360, work is excellent means, you will get more and more work if you are able to do quickly so, learning opportunity is excellent, technologies is also decent as per industry, but if i think independently and don't compare with other company then carriers growth (salary) in terms of appraisal is not good.

Appraisal, salary growth within CGI, Hybrid mode of working, WFO, In terms of quality and quantities work delivered - More work is there based on current 9LPA CTC of promoted SSE atleast for me, by comparing with external hired SSE which takes 19LPA. So, Switching to other company is good rather than getting Promoted within CGI.

Definately a great place to work if you are less ambitious about financial growth. Almost zero micro management. Perfect place for experienced people to get settled or for longer run.

Dislikes

Not at all recommended for freshers. Very less salary hike and confusing apraisal cycle. Unnecessary hierarchy and complex organisation structure. Full off useless managers only drawing huge amount of salary just by talking in calls 2-3 hours everyday. IJP & internal trainings are all showoff. No use at all.
