Timely payment of Salary.

Dislikes

Incapable leadership, all employees officially communicated in Chinese (Mandarin) only, not knowing English at all whereas the declared English was the official language. Random recruitment, no job descriptions of anyone, The main aim was to make careers of young semi-lierate inexperienced Chinese young men at the cost of experienced professionals from other countries. Very unproductive and silly working on the project.
