This review is about Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals. There is nothing as such to like.. This company is far away from reality .. Chasing numbers is the only thing your seniors know without focus on market working. Sales Employees are encouraged to come to office rather than working on the field. There is a lot of internal politics and due to this this company has lost many of its good employees. This Company is a nightmare for hardworking people .. I would never ever in my life would recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

Dislikes

...due to the unacceptable Vocabulary used here and the pathetic level of stress. It's good to work at a less pay package at a junior position in your current company rather than coming over here and screwing your career and personal life.

Ontime salary, Food facility at office, All divisions are good to work except RTTE Division

RTTE division is a hell with full of politics, Few seniors are Very Arrogant, they do nothing except politics and Unit head supports them. Not a good place for Genuine workers, culture is very bad, if you sustain for 1 year means you are so tolerant and great person

CG is top leading player in Market with Job security. Good work culture.

Dislikes

... not a good company to work with. Very slow growth rate & lesser opportunities. For traveling you need to pay from your salaries to meet to customers or doing market. Your manager can enjoy full benefits but you can't.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't dress are issues salary is decent but career growth is slowthereon the job training is not given to new joinees.

They give preference for power electronics person. Salary difference is very big position also have very different Senior executive have 2year experience and execution have 5 years experience.

Dislikes

Very thing for dislikes only. Nothing is good here working hour's is also 9 to 7 strictly timming.
