...executive, JT people also removed .they only concerned about achieving targets. Management here is terrible reducing salary not paid on time , contractor cheats here workers making fools, overtime money not being paid . Worst management bad salary Nd less bonus n thenga for trainee by hr n management

Bad working conditions, less safety to workers,only gloves provided if tear while working then used bare hands against chemicals liquid, many accidents happen inside CG,no proper maintenance of machine, crane fell down lifting motors injuries to operators n others. Forcing operators to do overtime 8 hrs continuous for 3 days, bad support of management, people hate this job but have no option to survive

...nt team had arrenge excellent training schedule in all quarters of every year. Very good package with excellent growth. Feel like working with friends, nice work culture. No any office politics in any section / department. Innovative projects are excellently implemented & executed for pain areas of day to manufacturing process at in-house as well as at supplier end too. Work life balance is perfect.

They give preference for power electronics person. Salary difference is very big position also have very different Senior executive have 2year experience and execution have 5 years experience.

There is nothing to like. Worst work culture. Employed slavery is the work culture. These people can even start coaching for filthy politics. Extremely high attrition rate. Gender inequality.

...chra/mess created by existing employees will be given to you for cleaning it up. Worst salary structure, you will end up contributing everything from your CTC. Corporate accounts is full of witless worms. There is a nalla DH who is fox in sheep's clothing, who knows nothing and does nothing, is sitting duck. Don't go by the good ratings given here it is either paid promotion or given by HR. No support from seniors at all. They micromanage a lot like a lot. Some people even talk to co-workers/reportee in abusive language. Everyone is busy in saving their own skin. They don't even care of the high attrition rate since they are always looking for new lambs for slaughtering their careers. And are always busy in deceiving new lambs. People are leaving the organisation like marbles rolling down a hill. And top management just doesn't give a damn. And as far as new world covid policy is concerned where nowadays employees look for WFH, this company is in some alternate universe where covid doesn't exist. All in all don't even apply or even consider joining this company as you will be better off unemployed that wasting your precious time here.
