they make you a fool, they change rules and regulations every day, the Director does not trust anyone , please i urge everyone from Housekeeping to General Manager , OR HR, please dont ever think of Joinning CG

... the GM nor RM, he wants the Laagam only in his hand, then why you hire people they will take you as store kartaa for their requirement,at good package, and will change your Position without telling you as store manager or may be Area Executive, 12 hours work,

Nothing much bcoz policy changes everyday and lots of politics.

In this pandemic they have cut salary 100%, never care about employees whether they starve or suffer economically. There is no professional culture and skill development. No career growth.

While Working at C G Lifestyle i have added lots of new Skills, knowledge etc. its more of family culture and very good career growth one can get based on the skill he develops. salary and perks are good, work environment is good, most important NO POLITICS, lots of new innovation we do and last but not least the Work Life Balance is very good.

While we are growing, we are changing and some time frequent changes are not very good and this is affecting the work culture.

This is the proprietary firm, the owner Mr Sagar Gujar was very arrogant, No facilities at all, no life balance, all false commitments given by the management, It's a jail, 4 time punching, if you late 5 min after the lunch you will loose your salary. bad place for work.

there are lot's of miss communication between seniors person they all are good some miscommunication directly effect on store managers , category managers & all senior workers
