People especially managers are super good and helpful.

Dislikes

They don't pay for the work you do, and salary deductions for no reason are common. Sometimes I feel like a slave to the organization because there have illegal policies and to be honest, will never want to come again here.

Likes

Company event's are good, learning is decent if you are on project, Hybrid policy (but only for some employees), promotion are well.

Dislikes

Parking policy , it is highly biased as they called it designation wise but management people has reserved 4 parking spots for themselves out of 10, so only 6 are left. whatever policy they make, the management people can do what ever they want, they don't follow any policy. and even a lower designation person is getting parking spot cuz he is from management, terrible table space. Bench period is long, power proportion is very bad.

Being a salesforce partner, we get good exposure on salesforce technology, small company and events are good. unique looks of office.

Dislikes

Preference to senior management, Nobody cares about others, Parking is only allocated to senior management that too top 8 people, even though those 8 people follow hybrid and their parking spots are empty still they don't allow others to use that spot. HR is rude and thinks they are the everything, projects are less so you have to be on bench for 3-4 months on average. Parking thing is really rude as they don't care about other people struggle. it should be first come first serve

Appraisals are decent but depends on your manger.

Dislikes

Extremely biased company, recently they added a policy that only senior management will get parking space, hence only top 10 people are able to get parking space, every decision is taken to benefit the senior management, Senior management takes work from home whenever they want but does not allow others even in serious situation.

The only good thing is the office events.

Dislikes

Lack of projects, long bench duration, No parking space for lower designation as they have parking only for higher designation, Management is not open to feedback, they force employees to put good reviews in ambitionbox and glassdoor
